The apartment is equipped with a dedicated high-speed internet connection (around 200 Mbit/s), making it suitable for remote work, online studies and video calls.
You can work from the table with a chair, or set up your own monitor and laptop. Multiple devices can be connected at the same time, so streaming, calls and browsing work smoothly in parallel.

Cleaning, laundry and everyday practicalities
Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request (for example weekly or bi-weekly), optionally combined with fresh bed linen and towels.
Laundry: Laundry services are available close to the building. You can choose between self-service or full-service wash and fold, depending on your preference and budget.
Waste disposal: Waste can be disposed of in the designated garbage areas of the building. We kindly ask you to separate waste where possible and to follow the building rules for rubbish disposal times and locations.
Maintenance: If something does not work as expected in the apartment (for example aircon, water, internet or appliances), please contact us. We will help coordinate repairs or replacements as quickly as possible.

- No smoking inside the apartment or in the building corridors.
- Maximum 2 guests in the apartment at any time.
- No pets are allowed.
- Check-in by individual arrangement; please inform us about your arrival time.
- Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon), unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- For long-term stays, 1 month advance deposit and 1 month security deposit are required.
- Typical booking lead time is around 3 days before arrival.
